Camp Yavneh offers a variety of new and recently renovated multi-purpose buildings, a range of housing options, as well as a wide array of sporting facilities and equipment. Whether you need a day-long meeting space for 30 people or weekend accommodations for 250, Camp Yavneh can meet all your retreat needs.
Camp Yavneh overnight accommodations include, deluxe hotel-style guest housing, regular guest housing, cabins and bunks. Tenting is also available.
Homemade breads, international entrées, delectable desserts— Yavneh’s renowned culinary offerings garner rave reviews from our guests and rank high on campers’ lists of favorites. Our seasoned team provides nutritious and enticing kosher meals each day, including a vegetarian option and full salad bar at every meal.
The Yavneh Weekender:
Friday night-Sunday morning – $160 per adult/$115 per child 3-12/children 0-2 free. Friday night Shabbat dinner, 3 meals on Sat., snacks. Buffet breakfast on Sunday. This includes Friday and Sat. overnight accommodations and use of our fabulous facilities.
The Yavneh Day Tripper:
Sunday (or Monday of long weekend) simcha meal – $75 per adult/$45 per child 4-12 years. Includes appetizing welcome snack, hors d’oeuvres, simcha meal (lunch or dinner), and use of our fabulous facilities. This does not include overnight accommodations.

- Use of our lovely waterfront and array of boats (a certified lifeguard is required – which we can provide for an additional charge).
- Use of our new Beit Midrash Building -a gorgeous meeting & conference center.
- Use of the stunning outdoor amphitheatre and auditorium.
- Basic sports equipment, i.e., balls and bats.
- A full-time mashgiach on site.
- We will do our best to help you find counselors if needed (cost of counselors are not included).
- Table linens are included for the main simcha meal (table cloths for other meals are additional)
Not Included in Rental:
- Liquor, wine and bartenders, a formal simcha cake – unless it replaces dessert (but we can provide a personalized sheet cake as the wedding cake for dessert), table linens, special chairs, china, outside silverware and stemware, flowers, entertainment, bedding and towels.
- Sheets, 2 blankets and 2 towels and a pillow left on bed available for $25 pp.
- Table linens are available for $5 per cloth per meal (except main Simcha meal is included in rate). (limited to colors available at camp)
Other Important Information:
- You will need to provide a final count per day one-week prior to the event. Charges will be based on this number or actual numbers, whichever is higher. After this date there will be no cancellations.
- Insurance rider must be provided to Camp Yavneh prior to event.
- Housing coordination is the host’s responsibility.

Below you will find details about the facilities and housing areas at Camp Yavneh that our campers rave about every year! For retreats, besides the bunks, adult housing options include: Ben Zakai, Carmel, Staff cabins, Health Center and the White House.
Cool off after a day of sports at the Agam (Waterfront). It features a 75 foot dock with three separated swimming areas along with canoes, kayaks, and two types of sailboats on a spring-fed pond. (Lifeguard required)
Our Outdoor Amphitheatre seats 450 in stadium style seating. Designed to fit into its natural surroundings, it is a beautiful space for presentations, concerts and religious services
The Gym is our largest space in camp and is used for everything from sports to concerts and movies. It is fully equipped with an audiovisual system, sports closet, separate ping pong area and a heavy duty divider to create two smaller gyms.
The Gottesman Community Center
This modern Community Center was built in 2010 and is centrally located in the heart of camp. It provides 5 rooms of varying sizes for meetings, programming and events. There are bathrooms, a small kitchen and a balcony with picnic tables. It features beautiful outdoor and indoor space for all occasions.
Ben Tzvi (Auditorium)
Ben Tzvi (Auditorium) is our main performance and assembly hall. Completely rebuilt in 2012, to include seating for 400 and a state of the art lighting system, the Ben Zvi has a stage and state of the art projection system for movies and plays and religious services
Built in 2000, Ben Zakai is a two-floor adult housing building with 12 bedrooms of varying sizes. It also features a first floor lounge with a television, couches, and a kitchenette.
Around camp, there are 10 bunks in the girls area, and 9 in the boys area. Most have a capacity of around 20 and almost all have showers right in the bunk.
Our newest adult living space in camp, Carmel, is nestled into a quiet corner of camp. All 9 units are both heated and air-conditioned with full en-suite bathrooms.
The way to any camper’s heart is through the stomach. At our dining hall, we feed both the heart and soul of up to 500 people with delicious, Kosher food.
Gan (Children’s Center)
Gan (Children’s Center) is where the smaller children (families of staff) are taken care of when they are at camp.
There are several modern staff cabins featuring one or two bedrooms all with private baths, air conditioning and beautiful porches.
For those seeking adventure, head over to the Climbing Wall. Standing 35 feet tall, it has three different ways to climb and a zip line along with complete safety equipment. Specially trained staff is required to use the climbing wall.
Kolbo (Camp Store)
Kolbo is the camp’s store, snack area with tables out side on the porch. Many of our groups use Kolbo as their central meeting location.
Lower Deerfield home
This private home on 4 acres sits on the edge of the camp and provides beautiful private accommodations including 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a full kitchen. Just a short walk to the center of camp, Lower Deerfield provides an alternative to being in the middle of camp.
The Health Center is a great housing option for a large group or family who wants privacy, but also want proximity. 4 separate rooms provide accommodations for up to 10 people.
There’s always action on the Sports Field. Two softball fields, two basketball courts, a human foosball court, four tennis courts and much more.
Music Room – A small meeting room for up to 15 people.
The Art Center has three separate rooms for general art, ceramics, and woodworking. The art center is closed for retreats unless specific arrangements are made.
The Alumni Gazebo is a comfortable screened in outdoor area for smaller group activities with seating around the inside perimeter of the structure. Holds up to 25.
The White House
The White House (no, not the one in Washington) is Yavneh’s little piece of history. Built pre-1800s and since then renovated many times, it contains 8 rooms for housing in a quaint New England country home.
This historic building houses a dance studio complete with barre and mirrors. This space can be used for meeting of up to 50 people and is located right in the center of camp.
The White Gazebo is a common meeting area at the center of camp. This area is frequently used as a gathering spot.
